The Confidence Lab was born from a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel confident in their own skin, and the care they receive should be as exceptional as the results they seek.
When Anna Castellanos and Ashley Williamson first envisioned The Confidence Lab, they saw something missing in the Powell and Columbus aesthetic landscape. Too many med spas treated clients like transactions. Consultations felt rushed. The provider you consulted with was rarely the one performing your treatment. Pricing was opaque. And results were unpredictable because the people performing the treatments lacked the clinical depth to customize care for each individual.
Anna and Ashley set out to build the opposite experience. A place built on owner-set standards, where co-owners Anna and Ashley, both board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners, designed the treatment protocols and licensed providers deliver your injectable, laser, or weight-loss care, from your very first visit through your follow-up. Our Philosophy: We Only Offer What We Would Choose for Ourselves
Anna lost 75 pounds on the same GLP-1 protocol she now prescribes. Ashley personally uses the same Sciton BBL Hero laser she runs on clients. That is not marketing, it is the standard. If Anna and Ashley would not put it on their own skin or put it in their own body, it does not make it onto the menu.
Every treatment at The Confidence Lab is grounded in published research, FDA-approved protocols, and years of hands-on clinical experience. Meet Anna Castellanos, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Anna Castellanos is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of The Confidence Lab. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and holds active certifications as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C).
Anna’s path to founding The Confidence Lab is deeply personal. After her own 75-pound weight loss transformation, she experienced firsthand how profoundly physical change can impact confidence, self-image, and overall quality of life. That journey gave her an empathy and understanding that no textbook can teach, and it fuels her passion for helping clients achieve their own transformations.
Anna specializes in medical weight loss (GLP-1 therapies including semaglutide and tirzepatide) and aesthetic treatments. She is known for her thorough consultations, her ability to listen without judgment, and her commitment to creating treatment plans that fit each client’s unique body, goals, and lifestyle.
When Anna is not at The Confidence Lab, she is likely researching the latest clinical studies, spending time with her family, or mentoring aspiring nurse practitioners.

Ashley Williamson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of The Confidence Lab. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and brings extensive clinical expertise in aesthetic medicine, injectable treatments, and advanced laser therapies.
Ashley’s approach to aesthetics is defined by artistry and precision. She has an exceptional eye for facial anatomy, symmetry, and proportion, skills that make her particularly sought after for Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments. Her clients consistently praise her ability to deliver natural-looking results that enhance their features without looking overdone.
Beyond her technical skill, Ashley is known for creating a calm, reassuring experience for every client. This business & the ladies who run it are AMAZING! I did Botox for migraine for the first time & they were so incredibly caring and kind. I actually went back again a few weeks later for an IV drip when I was fighting a sinus infection, it helped SO much. I hate needles, but Anna made the experience so pleasant.
